Rajasthan Weather Update: Relief from Heat Expected as Monsoon Approaches, राजस्थान में गर्मी से जल्द मिलेगा छुटकारा

Relief from the scorching heat is anticipated in Rajasthan as the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) predicts the onset of monsoon. A new cyclonic circulation is forming over North Rajasthan, hinting at possible rain in some areas. However, other parts of the state may experience a further rise in temperature. Ganganagar recorded a scorching 46.7 degrees Celsius, ranking it fourth among the hottest states.

IMD reports suggest the monsoon has entered the southern region, reaching Andaman-Nicobar, and is expected to reach Kerala by May 31. If trends align, Rajasthan may witness monsoon between June 25 and July 6. Meanwhile, the Jaipur Meteorological Department alerts other districts about severe heat waves persisting for the next few days, with temperatures likely to soar to 47 degrees Celsius from May 24. Daytime temperatures are expected to range between 44 to 45 degrees Celsius. This forecast surpasses the previous record of 46.5 degrees Celsius in May 2016.
