 Bibhav Kumar Accuses AAP MP Swati Maliwal of Trespassing and Threats at CM's Residence

 Arvind Kejriwal's aide, Bibhav Kumar, has lodged a counter-complaint against AAP MP Swati Maliwal, alleging unauthorized entry and verbal abuse at the Delhi Chief Minister's residence on May 13, 2024. Kumar claims Maliwal, the former Delhi Commission for Women chairperson, forcefully entered without a verified appointment, shouted at staff, and threatened to falsely implicate him in a case. He detailed that she verbally abused him and tried to push past him, ignoring requests to follow proper procedures. Kumar suggested that her actions might be politically motivated, possibly influenced by the BJP, as the Lok Sabha elections are ongoing. His complaint has been sent to the Deputy Commissioner of Police (North) for further investigation.
