Minnesota E-Bike Rebate Program: Up to $1,500 Savings on New Electric Bicycles

Great news for Minnesota residents considering an electric bicycle (e-bike) for an eco-friendly commute or recreational adventures! As of June 5, 2024, a new rebate program offers up to $1,500 on the purchase of a new e-bike and qualifying accessories.

Minnesota E-Bike Rebate Program:

Eligibility:

   Must be at least 15 years old

   Minnesota resident for the current and previous year

   Not claimed as a dependent on the previous year's tax filing

Rebate Amount:

   50% to 75% of the purchase price (max $1,500) based on income

Program Funding:

   $2 million allocated annually for 2024 and 2025

   First-come, first-served until 10,000 applications are received

How to Apply:
